Grace Ilunga is a Legal Advisor specialized in corporate, commercial and labour law. Grace advises local and international clients based in the Benelux on commercial and contract law. Grace assists companies and entrepreneurs with their contracts during all stages of their business lifecycle.

Grace regularly presents seminars and workshops on commercial agreements and labour agreements to entrepreneurs, start-ups and small businesses.

Prior to Guide-lex, Grace was a junior Associate at a Belgian Law firm where she advised clients on corporate and commercial matters as well as on Labour law. Earlier, Grace was a Legal trainee at the European Commission where she assisted the two Units where on daily assessment of mergers and Anti-trust in the sectors of information technology (IT).

Grace is a Maastricht University Graduate in the Netherlands, with a LLM, a Masters of Laws specialized in corporate and commercial law. Grace also graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from UCLn in Belgium.
